High Dive is a collaboration between Share a Splash Wine Co. Founder,Yoav Gilat, iconic winemaker, Peter Heitz and acclaimed winemaker and owner of Palazzo Wines, Scott Palazzo. Limited production, High Dive is crafted from several of the best vineyards in Napa Valley.

Ondine Chattan

Ondine is an admired Sonoma County winemaker based in Healdsburg whose extensive experience ranges from boutique producers to notable household name brands, such as Cline Cellars, Ridge Vineyards and Geyser Peak. Her love of both the diversity of Sonoma County and California at large fuels her enthusiasm for producing a range of varietals from Sauvignon Blanc to Cabernet Sauvignon. Her diverse interests in the wine industry’s history, emerging technologies, and ever-changing landscape compel her to seek out hidden vineyard gems and to work with parcels from around the state, with special focus on the North Coast. Ondine’s hands-on, multidisciplinary approach to winemaking, cultivated by her years of research performed while earning a Master of Science in Enology from Fresno State and a Bachelor of Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, is holistic and customer-focused, always guided by her belief that wine should be accessible and enjoyable for all.
