A premium vintage sparkling wine developed in Victoria's iconic Yarra Valley. The grapes are sourced from a vineyard that was, in the past, one of the key suppliers to Domaine Chandon for sparkling wine base. En Vie’s philosophy on making wine is simple; take what Mother Nature gives and let the sun, rain and soil work its magic. The small parcel of land En Vie is planted on in the Yarra Valley is unique, this site cannot be replicated elsewhere. They take a sustainable and minimalist approach once the fruit hits the winery and then let viticulture guide them to create their two very distinct vintage Sparkling range.
